Hard Hat Cake

These cakes were made for a retirement party. The gentleman worked for AK Steel and my client wanted a replica of his hard hat made! The hard hat is 2 and a half layers and is covered in my homemade fondant. The front has his name tag on it and the sides and the back have "reflectors" (I coated them with silver luster dust to give these a little shine) and they are also made of fondant. The sheet cake is iced and decorated in buttercream icing.

Sesame Street Cupcakes

These cupcakes were made for a Sesame Street themed first birthday party. They are all iced and decorated in buttercream icing. Big Bird's beaks are made from tinted white chocolate and there are actual cookies in Cookie Monter's mouths!

Black & White Wedding Cake

This 3-tiered square wedding cake (6", 8" and 10" tiers) is covered with my homemade marshmallow fondant. The vines, small leaves and bead border were piped on with vanilla buttercream icing and the larger leaves and flowers were cut from fondant. The middle tier has black fabric ribbon and the flowers topping the cake are fresh red roses. I was very happy with the way this cake turned out!!

Safari 1st Birthday Cake

This 9x12 cake and 6" smash cake are both iced and decorated in vanilla buttercream icing.

Soccer Cake

This 9x12 cake is iced and decorated with chocolate buttercream icing. The 3D soccer ball on top is also cake and iced in vanilla buttercream icing.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Overload

This cake has 2 peanut butter cake layers and one chocolate cake layer. It's iced and decorated with chocolate buttercream icing. Each chocolate icing rosette on top holds a half of a mini Resse cup and the cake is topped with dark chocolate curlicues.

Mystery Machine Cake

This cake was freehand cut and drawn and measures approximately 9x10. It is iced and decorated with vanilla buttercream icing.

Frankenstein First Birthday Cake

This 9x12 cake was for a Halloween themed first birthday party! It's covered with my homemade fondant and decorated with buttercream icing. I loved the way this one turned out!

Brains Cake

I made this cake for my sister's Halloween Party. It's a 10" round, iced and shell bordered in vanilla buttercream icing. The "brain" is made from my homemade fondant and the "blood" is raspberry filling. Gory, but delicious!

Graveyard Cake

This 6" and 8" tiered cake is covered in my homemade fondant and decorated with fondant gravestones and piped icing fencing, trees and bead border.

Red Flourish Wedding Cake

This 3-tier cake was for a fall wedding and is covered in my homemade marshmallow fondant and decorated with red buttercream flourishes and brown fabric ribbon. The monogram on top was provided by the bride. The sheet cake was designed to match the tiered cake, however it is covered in buttercream icing.

Purple & White Wedding Cake

This bride wanted each tier of her wedding cake to different. All three tiers are covered in my homemade marshmallow fondant. The bottom tier has the quote "You had me from hello", the middle tier is covered in buttercream dark purple flourishes, and the top tier has a royal icing dark purple monogram and is topped with a dark purple fondant tied bow (although in these pictures it is difficult to see). All three tiers have buttercream bead border.

Polka Dot & Butterfly Baby Shower Cake

This 10" baby shower cake was so simple, yet it turned out to be one of my favorite cakes! It is iced and decorated (the bead border and polka dots) with buttercream icing. The butterflies are made out of fondant and their bodies are sugar pearls.

Commander Cody Cake

This helmet (which is approximately 10" tall) sits on top of a 10" cake. They are both covered and decorated with my homemade marshmallow fondant.

OSU Helmet Cake

This is the top view of an OSU helmet for a rehearsal dinner. This cake stands approximately 9" tall and is surrounded by homemade candy buckeyes. The cake is covered and decorated with my homemade marshmallow fondant.

50th Birthday Sheet Cake

This sheet cake is covered and decorate with buttercream icing.

Black Flourishes

This 6" cake is covered in my homemade marshmallow fondant and decorated with buttercream icing flourishes and black fabric ribbon.

Bicycle Cake

This 10" cake is covered and decorated in buttercream icing. The birthday girl was getting a bicycle as her gift, so the cake was meant to coordinate with that!

Buddy/Dinosaur Train Cake

This 8" cake is covered and decorated in buttercream icing. The birthday girl loves the show Dinosaur Train and Buddy is her favorite character!

Fly Fisherman Cake

This 8" cake is iced and decorated in buttercream icing. The birthday boy loves fly fishing!
