This 3-tiered square wedding cake (6", 8" and 10" tiers) is covered with my homemade marshmallow fondant. The vines, small leaves and bead border were piped on with vanilla buttercream icing and the larger leaves and flowers were cut from fondant. The middle tier has black fabric ribbon and the flowers topping the cake are fresh red roses. I was very happy with the way this cake turned out!!

This cake has 2 peanut butter cake layers and one chocolate cake layer. It's iced and decorated with chocolate buttercream icing. Each chocolate icing rosette on top holds a half of a mini Resse cup and the cake is topped with dark chocolate curlicues.
I made this cake for my sister's Halloween Party. It's a 10" round, iced and shell bordered in vanilla buttercream icing. The "brain" is made from my homemade fondant and the "blood" is raspberry filling. Gory, but delicious!
